Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is set per event and shown on the event page at the time of purchase. Where refunds are offered, requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event date and may be subject to a 10% administrative fee. Service fees are non-refundable. In the event Reimage Canada cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
